The Forms, The Falsity - Why Ancient Philosophy Matters
You can start out arguing against Plato and unbeknowst to you end up arguing against most of the values that all of western civilization are based on. The Forms do not exist and never have, except in human language.
I graduated with a B.A. in History from Coker College (Hartsville, SC) in May 2007, after which I moved to Madison, WI and took philosophy classes at the University of Wisconsin for two years. I now attend Georgia State University as a M.A. in Philosophy candidate. The number of blogs I have compared to how frequently I update them (or don't) sheds light on one of my defining characteristics: My ambition far exceeds my actual ability.
